A Aisin avisa que no mercado europeu existe um novo Super-Kit fornecido por entidades terceiras que é apresentado de forma errónea como alternativo à peça genuína Super-kit AISIN/TOYOTA com Dual Mass Flywheel: SKT-303 (ex SKT-216A).
Esta “alternativa” é na realidade uma embraiagem com “flywheel” rígida em vez de Massa Dupla.
O fabricante nipónico lembra que:
1 - Esta peça “alternativa” não pode ser montada no Dual Mass Flywheel AISIN/TOYOTA FDT-002;
2 - O disco “alternativo” (com molas em vez de um disco rígido genuíno) e a cobertura “alternativa” conseguem suportar somente parte do Torque gerado pelo motor;
3 - Em termos de performance, é um produto abaixo dos níveis standard;
4 - A falta do Dual Mass Flywheel, gera vibrações que tornam a condução numa experiência ruidosa e desconfortável;
5 - As vibrações transmitidas pelo kit com uma qualidade sub standard (com “flywheel” rígido) geram um desgaste excessivo nos componentes da caixa de direcção;
6 - O consumidor expõe-se assim a despesas elevadas como consequência do uso de tal produto com um nível inferior, não equivalente aos produtos OE.
Super-kit supplied by third parties which is wrongly presented as an alternative
Alternative Super-kit with rigid Flywheel for RAV4 II and AVENSIS CDT220, 1CD-FTV engine.
On the European market there is a new Super-kit supplied by third parties which is wrongly presented as an alternative to our genuine Super-kit AISIN/TOYOTA with Dual Mass Flywheel: SKT-303 (ex SKT-216A).
This "alternative" is in fact a clutch kit with a rigid flywheel instead of a Dual Mass one.
Please remember that:
1.This "alternative" kit cannot be fitted on our Dual Mass Flywheel AISIN/TOYOTA FDT-002.
2.Our original AISIN/TOYOTA FDT-002 is designed to damp the high vibrations generated by the engine and cope with the Torque output.
3.The "alternative" Disc (with springs instead of genuine rigid disc) and the "alternative" Cover can only cope with part of the Torque generated by the engine.
4.In term of performance, they are sub-standard products.
5.The lack of Dual Mass Flywheel generates vibrations that make driving a noisy and uncomfortable experience.
6.The vibrations transmitted by that sub-standard kit (with rigid Flywheel) generate excessive wear of the gearbox components.
7.The customer exposes himself to high expenses that might come as a consequence of the use of such sub-standard product, not equivalent to OE products.
AISIN informs that we do not take any responsability for the choice of such products, even if on of our products (the Cover) is unproperly included in that "alternative" rigid Flywheel super kit.
AISIN being a supplier of TOYOTA can only reject such alternatives which are against our technical principles of careful product selection and safety of the user.
